A Comprehensive Guide to Pole Dance was created by international performer, competitor and instructor Tracey Simmonds.

Tracey was inspired to create instructional Pole Dance DVD’s having learnt a large percentage of what she knows at home from DVDs available at that time. Tracey felt that it was time to update and add to older DVDs available.

It was time to show the ‘new wave’ of Pole Dance for fitness, and the development acrobatic style pole moves. Tracey qualified as an “Exercise to Music Instructor’ in 2007. Tracey used her experience in performing and Pole Dance instruction at Gyms, clubs and pole schools for more than five years to enable her to create not one, but three instructional guides to Pole Dance.
The truth is in the DVD title ‘A Comprehensive Guide to Pole Dance’, because this collection of DVDs will guide you from absolute beginner to super advanced pole moves.

The three DVDs start with Beginner, followed by Intermediate and the final DVD is Advanced.

Amongst these DVDs over 50 pole moves are broken down in an easy to learn way. The DVDs are ideal for people who feel shy about starting Pole Dance in a class environment.
Fully removable dance poles can be easily installed in the home.
The DVDs are also great for people who like to train alone at home and are working on the demanding intermediate and advanced level pole tricks.
