Welcome to The Pole Studio SA - Pretoria

The Pole Studio is a well established pole fitness studio that originates from the UK. The Pole Studio is one of the largest and most successful pole fitness training studios in the UK with over 20 studios in the south of England.

The Pole Studio SA is the first international branch of The Pole Studio. Tracey Simmonds brought The Pole Studio to South Africa in 2010. She is the Pole Championship Series Africa 2016 winner. A former Miss Pole Dance UK, IPC Pole Fitness First Runner Up and Pole Art 2012 finalist.
